Features may be added, changed, limited or removed as the service develops.
3. Eligibility
You may only use giveaways.lol if you are permitted to use Discord and the service under the laws and rules applicable to you.
Server administrators are responsible for ensuring that giveaways operated in their communities comply with applicable laws, Discord policies and any other relevant rules.
4. Discord
giveaways.lol is an independent service that operates using Discord's platform and APIs.
giveaways.lol is not Discord and does not control the availability, functionality or policies of Discord.
Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own terms, policies and community guidelines.
5. Giveaways and prizes
Giveaways are created and operated by the Discord communities or users hosting them.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, giveaways.lol only provides the technical tools used to operate a giveaway.
The giveaway host is responsible for:
- Providing any promised prize.
- Describing giveaway conditions accurately.
- Determining eligibility requirements.
- Delivering prizes to valid winners.

giveaways.lol does not guarantee that a host will provide a promised prize.
6. User responsibilities
You are responsible for how you configure and use giveaways.lol.

Server administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate Discord permissions to users who can manage giveaways.

Active giveaways may be recovered from persistent storage where technically possible, but successful recovery cannot be guaranteed in every situation.

Access to giveaways.lol may be restricted, suspended or terminated where necessary to protect the service, infrastructure or users.
This may include cases involving abuse, attempted exploitation, excessive automated usage, fraud or violations of these Terms.
Server administrators may remove the bot from their Discord server at any time.
10. Disclaimer and liability
giveaways.lol provides technical giveaway management tools and does not control the actions of giveaway hosts, participants or Discord communities.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, prize delivery, specific outcomes or suitability for a particular purpose.
giveaways.lol is not responsible for disputes between giveaway hosts and participants, including disputes concerning prizes, eligibility or delivery.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as giveaways.lol develops or where changes are required for operational, security or legal reasons.
The effective date displayed at the top of this page identifies the current version.
Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of those updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.
